1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Show no signs of damage, misuse, or wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process

with your order number.
Our support team will provide return authorization and instructions.
Products must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Address
At this stage, approved returns are processed through our EU service handling point in Greece.
The exact return address will be provided after return approval.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Defective or Damaged Products (DOA)
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos or videos showing the issue.
Depending on the case, we will offer:
Replacement unit, or
Full refund
All products include a 12-month limited warranty, unless stated otherwise.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications
Items returned outside the permitted timeframe
