1. Fulfilment Model

Aura Robotics operates on a made-to-order fulfilment model.

Products are ordered from the manufacturer only after full payment is received. Each unit undergoes inspection, quality verification, and secure repackaging before final dispatch to the customer.

2. Order Processing & Manufacturing Timeline

After payment confirmation:

• Manufacturer ordering: 1–3 business days
• Manufacturing / preparation: 7–15 business days (model dependent)
• Delivery to inspection facility (EU): 3–7 business days
• Quality inspection & packaging: 2–4 business days

Estimated total preparation time before dispatch:
14–25 business days

Customers will receive confirmation once their unit enters the final dispatch phase.

3. Final Shipping to Customer

Once the product passes inspection:

Estimated delivery time:

Greece: 2–4 business days
Cyprus: 3–6 business days
EU: 4–8 business days

Tracking details are provided at dispatch.

4. Duties, VAT & DDP

All EU orders are handled within the European Union supply chain.

Where applicable, VAT is included in displayed pricing.

No additional customs charges are expected for EU consumers.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.
Aura Robotics Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect data.

6. Refused or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to customer error, logistics and handling costs may be deducted from any refund.
