  • Safety First – Always follow the user manuals, safety instructions, and maintenance guidelines to ensure the well-being of users and bystanders.

  • No Misuse – It is strictly prohibited to modify, hack, or reprogram our robotics in ways that promote harm, illegal surveillance, discrimination, or unethical behaviour.

2. Age Verification Policy

Certain Aurarobotics products, especially in the AI Intimacy Companions category, are designed for adults aged 18 years and above.

  • We implement age verification checks at the point of sale for these products.

  • Customers must provide valid proof of age during checkout or upon delivery, in compliance with local regulations.

  • Orders that fail age verification will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Our Responsibility
